First aid for children - learning to help through play

We are there!
What do I do in case of burns, a tick bite or poisoning? And above all: How can I help others in an emergency? The Förderverein Notfallmedizin Bielefeld e.V. Luftrettungsstation Christoph 13 and K&L Verlag have set themselves the goal of answering these questions in a child-friendly way and have published an easy-to-understand colouring and workbook for girls and boys of primary school age. We think: That's a good thing!

That's why we're supporting the project
The book, with lots of pictures to colour in, teaches first aid skills in a playful way. It tells the story of siblings Mario and Olivia, who guide us through various episodes together with their dachshund Waldi. On 32 pages, they give tips and advice on burns, heatstroke, tick bites, poisoning and shocks. This gives children age-appropriate knowledge on how to behave correctly in an emergency and how to call for help. At the same time, teachers, educators and parents can discuss and practise the illustrations with the children.

Thanks to the support of many local companies, the colouring books and workbooks can be distributed free of charge to primary school children in the district of Soest. A commitment that we are very happy to support.

The health department of the Hochsauerland district promotes healthy eating and fitness for children

Let's join in!
Agi wants to go for a snack, but his friends would rather have a picnic. Agi thinks it's a great idea. What is told in such a playful and simple way in a colouring book has a serious background: around 20 percent of children in Germany are now too fat. To counteract this, the health department of the Hochsauerland district has developed a child-friendly colouring book and workbook together with nutritionists and the KIM publishing group. It teaches pre-school and primary school children about healthy eating and exercise in a playful way. We think: That's a good thing!

That's why we're supporting the project
On 36 pages, little episodes tell the stories of Agi the frog and the children Max and Paula. They cook and play together and show how delicious fruit and vegetables can be - and when it's okay to snack. Many motifs to be coloured in reinforce the importance of proper nutrition and the fun of exercise; they encourage children to shop, cook and join in.
With the support of many local companies, the colouring books and workbooks will be handed over to the Hochsauerland district health authority free of charge and used in lessons in future.

Team wob-racing
With our commitment we support the team of Ostfalia, Campus Wolfburg. The team wob-racing was founded in 2003 as an interdisciplinary project by a student and the head of the automotive engineering department. When it was founded, it was one of the first formula student teams in Germany. Our support includes the galvanic coating of busbars for traction batteries and power electronics.

Since 2013 we have been supporting the girls' team of TuS Bremen with jerseys. We also support the local soccer players in Ense and Bremen with perimeter advertising.

Uwe-Seeler-Elf at the anniversary of SC Neheim
The match of the Uwe-Seeler-Elf on the evening of 8 August 2008 in Neheim-Binnerfeld, set within the anniversary week of SC Neheim, was an all-around success. In front of 1,287 spectators, Wolfgang Overath and Co. won 10:2 (5:1) against SC Neheim's Veterans Team. Although the local footballers lost, they still cut a very good figure in their chic training suits with WIOTEC lettering.
