Yellow chromatography
A special form of HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography), which is used to analyze mixtures of substances according to the applicable molecular sizes or molecular weights. In addition, quantitative and qualitative separation is achieved in this way.-Gel permeation chromatography, or GPC for short, uses organic solvents as the running medium, while gel filtration chromatography (GFC) uses aqueous solutions for this purpose.
